We’ve worked with Waste Connections producing profiles on their driver of the year, operator of the year, and mechanic of the year for the last 9 years. I look forward to telling their stories each year and it’s always inspiring to see the work ethic and dedication these employees have. They aren’t always used to being in front of the camera so part of the challenge is getting them comfortable. My motto is to shoot everything and keep shooting because you never know when that magic moment will happen.
